ALTOONA - A $50 million security payment has been returned to the British Firm trying to buy the Pennsylvania Lottery.

The Corbett Administration announced Tuesday that the funds were returned to Camelot Global Services due to the recent rejection of the bid made by PA Attorney General Kathleen Kane.

Officials with the Corbett Administration say they returned the money as they expect a long appeal process.

Now they need to sell Corbett to the British Firm.
