Arrested for Terroristic Threat

JOHNSTOWN, CAMBRIA COUNTY--- Justin Rummel is behind bars charged with assault and terroristic threats for allegedly pointing a gun at a woman.  Police said he threatened to kill the victim.

City Police were called the 800 block of Cooper Avenue in Johnstown.  The 26-year old was tackled to ground and the gun was recovered.

U.S. Marshals assisted in the investigation.

Rummel is in jail on $50,000.
