Somerset Murder Hearing Delayed

MEYERSDALE, SOMERSET COUNTY--- The preliminary hearing for Jonathon Beal has been continued until March 8, 2013.  It was set to take place in early February.

The 23-year old is accused of killing Justine Jackson and then burying her body in a shallow grave on hillside outside of Meyersdale.  Her remains were discovered by a hiker November 11, 2012.  Beal was captured shortly after by U.S. Marshals in Louisiana.

Beal remains in the Somerset County Jail.
