Baked Reuben Dip

Ingredients:
1 jar (32 oz) sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
10 oz. sliced deli corned beef or pastrami, chopped
2 cups (8 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups (8 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Russian or Thousand Island salad dressing
1 tsp. caraway seeds (optional)
Crackers

Directions:
In a large bowl, mix the first six ingredients; stir in caraway seeds, if desired.  Transfer to a greased 13 in x 9 in baking dish.  Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.  Serve with crackers.
