Put 2 cups warm water in a large bowl. Add 1/4 tsp yeast and give it a quick stir.
Now add 4 cups flour and a pinch of salt.
Add a little more water if needed to make dough.
Cover with a towel and leave on the counter overnight.
About 40 minutes before you want bread (or when you get to the party if you can cook there)
Preheat oven to 425
Dump dough on to parchment paper
Bake for 25-30 minutes
