1 (14 ounce) jars pizza sauce
1 (6 ounce) packages pepperoni, sliced, chopped
1/4 of chopped onions OR 6 medium green onions, chopped
1/2 cup red or green bell peppers, chopped
1 (2 1/4 ounce) cans black olives, sliced and drained
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened & cubed
Directions
1. Mix pizza sauce, pepperoni, onions, bell pepper and olives in a 1 1/2-quart crock pot (slow cooker). Cover and cook on LOW setting for 3-4 hours.
2. Stir in mozzarella and cream cheese until melted.
If in a hurry. . . can make on stove top and transfer to crock pot to keep warm.
Serve with Frito's scoops, bread-sticks-hot out of oven or tortilla / nacho chips.
Just like regular pizza, can add anything that would use for a pizza topping i.e. mushrooms
