Pastry puffs:
1 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Preheat oven - 475 degrees
Put ingredients in blender. Process until smooth. (If you don't have a blender you can mix with a mixer.)
Lightly spray mini muffin pans with Pam. Fill each cup 2/3 full. (Mixture will pour out of blender.)
Bake at 475 degrees for 10 minutes. Puffs will be high and light brown. Remove from oven. Pastries will fall in the middle or gently push each one down. Remove from pan and cool.

Chicken filling:
8 ounce cream cheese - room temperature
2 Tablespoons Miracle Whip
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 garlic powder - if desired
1 (5 ounce) can chicken in water, drained and chopped fine.

Directions:
Combine filling ingredients. Fill the indentation in top of the pastry with a teaspoon of the filling. Top with an olive slice. Chill.

Easy to make and can be made the day before the big game.  Good for people who don't like the hot and spicy Super Bowl food..

Champ is a deceptively simple dish of mashed potatoes and Spring Onions (scallions) from Ireland, which is cooked with milk and butter....

This recipe makes a warm, hearty, substantial Irish soda bread best served with a generous slab of salty butter on each slice....

If you can't get to Ireland to savor their wonderful Brown Bread, this is the best recipe I've found using American whole wheat flour....
