Week One of the YMCA's "Weigh to Go" Challenge is officially over, but could the CPAL team commit to getting fit?

Dan McKenna of the YMCA of Centre County helped Sarah crunch the numbers.

The CPAL team had a combined starting weight of 860 pounds.  In their first week of the "Weigh to Go" challenge, they logged 1,355 minutes of activity...and lost a combined 2.5 pounds.

This is the YMCA of Centre County's third-annual "Weigh to Go!" Contest, which encourages weight loss through proper diet and increased physical activity.  Prizes will be awarded to the individual or team with the highest total weight loss, the highest percentage of weight loss, and the highest total activity minutes.

Tune in on Tuesday, January 29th, when YMCA staffers share some nutritional tips to help you with your fitness goals.
