Police Arrest Man Who Prompted School Lockdown

ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY - Police arrest a man that caused a Blair County school to go into lockdown three weeks ago.

Police arrested Zachary Moore on multiple outstanding warrants. Police tried to arrest him back on December 17th. Moore allegedly ran into the woods behind Pleasant Valley Elementary School. That lockdown lasted until students were dismissed.

Moore was also wanted for questioning for an assault the week before.
