Updated Tuesday morning January 1st
Reported by Meteorologist Regina Miller

All in all, it's a pretty quiet start to 2013.  Today a weak cold front is moving across the region.  Early high temperatures will top out in the low to mid 30s.  There will be a few light snow showers and flurries around and it will be variably cloudy.

Tonight will be partly cloudy and colder.  Lows will range in the mid to upper teens.

Tomorrow some high pressure moves in to provide us with a mixture of clouds and sun.  It will be colder with highs in the low to mid 20s.  Thursday starts with some sun, then clouds will move in late in the day.  There could be some overnight flurries or a snow shower.

Friday we'll start with some clouds or flurries early.  For the afternoon it will be partly sunny.  Highs will only average in the low 20s.
