Free Flu Shots at Area Hospital

By: Charlotte Ames
Updated: December 19, 2012
A hospital in our area is offering free flu vaccines to people 18 to 64 years old. J.C. Blair Hospital will hold the flu clinics Wednesdays and Fridays  from 11a.m. to 1p.m. at its Occupational Health Office, 820 Bryan Street, in Huntingdon.

The State Health Department donated 300 flu vaccine doses to the hospital. More cases of flu have been confirmed in Huntingdon County and throughout the state this year than at the same time last year.

For more information, please contact the Community Relations Office at J.C. Blair at (814) 643-8833.
