JOHNSTOWN, CAMBRIA COUNTY--- Students at the Greater Johnstown High School are gearing up for the second annual Trojan Family Christmas.

The event takes place Thursday in the high schools auditorium doors open at 4:30 p.m.

Members of the Key Club make the event possible collecting over 550 donated presents which they all wrapped.

"We put all of the gifts behind the curtain in the auditorium," said Kendra Slis, President of Key Club.  "It's that moment when you open it and see the kids' faces, their reactions that's the reason why we do what we do."

"They've met regularly - weekly they've contact business and have had wrapping parties," said Luigina Magistro, GJHS English Teacher.  "We have over 550 gifts pile up in my classroom right now that those kids have wrapped everyday after school its great to see such a commitment at a young age."
