ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY - The Altoona Police Department is asking the public's help to help find 33 year old Sherry Jean Leighty of Altoona.
Leighty was last seen wearing a white sweater or coat in September on 1999. At the time she had shoulder length dark blonde hair.
Altoona police just recently brought the case back to the public's attention by putting the call out for help on their Facebook page.
There is also a Facebook page dedicated to finding Sherry.
