Jim MadalinskyA proud Pennsylvania native, Jim is happy to return to his home state to work for Central PA's News Leader.

Jim attended college at Kent State University before beginning his television career at KMOT-TV in Minot, North Dakota. After a short time as a general assignment reporter, Jim made the transition to sports, taking over as the station's Sports Director in February of 2009.

In Novemeber of 2010 Jim became the Weekend Sports Anchor at KELO-TV in Sioux Falls, South Dakota where he was lucky enough to attend both the NCAA Men's and Women's National Basketball Tournaments with the South Dakota State Jackrabbits.

After more than four years away from home, Jim is excited to begin a new chapter in Central Pennsylvania. Growing up just outside of Pittsburgh, Jim's passion for sports is covered in black and gold and he looks forward to being able to follow the Steelers, Penguins and Pirates from a much closer distance.
