RICHLAND TOWNSHIP, CAMBRIA COUNTY--- The rain turned to snow for some residents across Central PA.

Hurricane Sandy pounded the region with heavy rains and wind that turned to snow in several counties.  In Richland Township Wednesday morning the snow continued to fall at a steady pace.  Roads are cleared but snow has blanketed the trees and grass.

"Sandy" has caused a number of communities to postpone 'trick or treating" until Saturday.
