Due to high winds and powerlines down, city emergency management officials are asking residents to stay home and off of the roadways.

Conditions are very dangerous at this time.

Unless you work for the DOC, such as Corrections Officer, Clerical, Corrections Counselor... then by all means, take a vacation day rather than bear the weather! (unlike non-essential staff, like parole!)
