Neither team can go to a bowl game due to sanctions. So there was a lot of excitement leading up to kickoff. And lots of fans like Justin Allen came out early to tailgate.

"...So far, so good, last time we got here about two hours early, and this time we decided to come up six hours early because the lots are already starting to fill up, and uh, people are very excited...."

Allen also came up for the Northwestern game, and said there was a big difference in the atmosphere before the game.
