Police say Saanvi Venna was suffocated with a handkerchief and stuffed in a suitcase.

Her body was found in the basement bathroom of an apartment building in Upper Merion.

The Montgomery County District Attorney says they've arrested the suspected killer Raghu Yandamuri for the murder of Venna and her grandmother.

Investigators say the suspect, who is known to the family, went to their home intent on kidnapping the girl and holding her for a $50,000 ransom.
