EBENSBURG, CAMBRIA COUNTY--- Crews have been out in Ebensburg Borough preparing for the weekends storm.

"We're preparing for every possibility," said David Dodson, Public Works Director.

Dodson has been with Ebensburg Borough for three weeks, this will be his first major storm in his new job.  The biggest concern he said this time around is getting the leaves cleared.

"The water can back up in the drains and that causes flooding," said Dodson.  "We're trying to eliminate that problem by removing all of the leaves."

"People can be prepared by making sure they have emergency supplies at their homes," said Ronald Springer, Cambria County EMA Director.  "There could be high winds and the heavy wet snow could cause power outages."

"Prepare for the worst," said Dodson.  "But hope for the best."
