Cambria Man Arrested on Child Porn Charges

CAMBRIA COUNTY - The U-S Marshals Service arrest a man wanted for possessing child pornography.

40 year old Samuel Skipper III from Cambria County became a wanted man after he failed to appear in court on child pornography charges.

Skipper was tracked down in the 500 block of Washington Street in Huntingdon and was arrested Wednesday afternoon.

Skipper was turned over to the state police for arraignment
