BEDFORD, BEFORD COUNTY - The teen charged with killing his friend during a game of Russian roulette was back in a Bedford County Courtroom on Friday.

An agreement was reached to have that teen serve his punishment as a juvenile.  The fatal shooting took place in an Everett area home in July of this year.  The 15 year old who fired the shot that killed 15-year-old Neal Hammond was originally charged as an adult.  But after Friday's hearing, those charges have been returned to the Juvenile authorities in Bedford County.

Additional criminal charges are expected against another teen and a 41 year old woman who was responsible for the teens having the pistol used in the fatal shooting.
