CLEARFIELD COUNTY - This week's Clearfield County fugitive of the week has been arrested.  Jamie Lynn McClellan is now in police custody.  Police say that in March McClellan was charged with six criminal complaints including burglary, theft, and trespassing.  Police say the 32 year old Glasgow woman along with four other people stole roughly $11,000 worth of items from businesses.  She failed to appear in court earlier this month to make a plea.  McClellan is now in the Clearfield County jail.
