WESTMONT, CAMRBIA COUNTY--- West Hills Regional Police arrested Dion Wilt for allegedly stealing a Halloween mask and robbing the Ameriserv Bank.

The 39-year old's wife recognized surveillance video of her husband and called the authorities.  Police said Wilt went to extreme measures to conceal his identity, from drawing a fake tattoo on his leg to covering his license plate.

Wilt was only charged with the September 6, 2012 robbery of the Ameriserv Bank, but he is also suspected of robbing a bank in Somerset County and a newsstand in Lower Yoder Township.  He is in the Cambria County Prison on $350,000 bond.
