Pumpkin-Shaped Shortbread Cookies

Cookie Ingredients:

3 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. salt

14 oz. (1 can) sweetened condensed milk

6 oz. butter

2 eggs

1 T. vanilla extract


Directions:

Sift dry ingredients. Mix condensed milk, butter, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Add dry ingredients and mix until combined. Roll out dough on a surface dusted with powdered sugar until 1/8" thick. Cut to desired shape and bake for about 10 minutes. Cool and decorate (optional).


Glaze (optional):

2 cups powdered sugar

1/2 tsp. flavored extract

2 Tbsp. milk
