ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY - Altoona Police now believe they have located everyone involved in an ATV crash.

The crash happened just before 10:00 Saturday night along the 200 block of Willow Avenue. Police think two men were riding the ATV very fast down Willow and hit a parked car. Both riders were thrown off the ATV and that vehicle flipped out of control and hit another parked car.

A 19 year old was taken to Altoona Regional for several injuries from the crash. Police say the other man took off and police searched the area for him for the rest of the night.

Police now believe they've located the other man involved in the crash, but their investigation is ongoing.
