Altoona Man Sex Chat Charges

BLAIR COUNTY - An Altoona man is facing several charges after police say he had online sexual chats with - who he thought - was a 14 year old "girl". Turns out Harry Forshey of North 10th Street was really asking an undercover agent if he wanted to see a picture of his genitals. On July 17th Forshey allegedly sent nude pictures and continued to chat with the "girl" online. The 64 year old is charged with unlawful contact with a minor and criminal use of a communication facility. He was arrested Wednesday and released on $125,000 unsecured bail.
