National Child Passenger Safety Week

PennDot and state police want to encourage motorists to take part in a free child safety seat checkup.  The move is part of National Child Passenger Safety Week which takes place between september 16th til the 22nd.  A total of 44 locations will be setup across the state throughout the week.  In 2011, nine children, from newborns to age eight, lost their lives in vehicle crashes in the state. Nearly 25-hundred children were injured.  Here is a complete list of the locations of where you can go for a check up.
