Sandusky Sexual Predator Hearing

The Attorney General's office wants a hearing to present testimony to support the request. Having to register under Megan's Law may be irrelevant if Sandusky is sentenced to life in prison for the 45 counts of child abuse. The delay in his classification could push back Sandusky's sentencing beyond September 22nd, which was 90 days from his conviction.
