Chuck D Speaks to Students

ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY -  A rap music icon spoke to students at Penn State Altoona.

Chuck D co-founded the group Public Enemy in 1987. He's a national spokesman for Rock the Vote, the National Urban League, and the National Alliance for African American Athletes.

Tuesday night at talked about "Rap, Race, and Reality. He saluted the students for trying to do the right thing and getting an education and he talked about personal responsibility.

Chuck D has been speaking at colleges for 20 years.
