Heroin Arrest Leads to High Speed Chase

ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY - Blair County police officers arrest a suspected drug dealer, but not until after a high speed has through Cambria County.

 Police say Allen Levar Nowlin was brining heroin into Blair County from Pittsburgh. Police say they made a controlled buy of $1,300 worth of heroin from him Thursday, but when he took off when police tried to arrest him. He led them on a high speed chase that ended in Ebensburg.

Police say Nowlin had ten more grams of heroin, more than two thousand dollars, and a loaded gun he wasn't legally allowed to have.
