He is a legend of Country Music - Marty Stuart is a grammy-award winner, a Grand Ole Opry Star and the host of the very popular "Marty Stuart Show". He's been performing for 40 years with Country Music's elite, including Lester Flatt and Johnny Cash. This week, he brought his talents to Central PA as he took over the stage at the Cambria County Fair with his band The Fabulous Superlatives for a fantastic show.
Marty Stuart is also Central PA Live co-host Dawn Pellas' favorite country music star! While he was in the area, he agreed to an exclusive interview.

John Martin "Marty" Stuart is a country music singer-songwriter, known for both his traditional style, and eclectic merging of rockabilly, honky tonk, and traditional country music. He has been a member of the Grand Ole Opry since 1993.
Stuart is known for more than his music though - Stuart announced in August 2008 a new TV show that he would be hosting, featuring traditional country music. The Marty Stuart Show began airing on November 1, 2008 on cable's RFD-TV.
