STATE COLLEGE, CENTRE COUNTY - An electrical fire in a Toftrees Apartment closed off a section of Toftrees Avenue Sunday morning.
Residents of the apartment off Toftrees Avenue were evacuated from the building Sunday morning around 10:00.
Officials say the fire started in the basement of the building and involved several electrical power lines. People living there were without power until the fire was put out. Several people will be displaced from their apartments for a few days due to smoke damage.
