Man Arrested After Picnic Turns Violent

BLAIR COUNTY - Hollidaysburg Police arrested James Bogel after a violent outburst happened at a picnic in Blair County near Campbell Hill Road, Frankstown Township just after midnight Sunday.

Police say the 37-year-old punched and kicked Samantha Osterhout after their argument turned violent. 

Several people at the picnic tried to restrain Bogel, until police arrived. 

Bogel was arrested on multiple charges including aggravated assault and criminal mischief.  He's in Blair County Prison on $40,000 straight bail.
