Thief Steals Cross form Church

BEDFORD TOWNSHIP, BEDFORD COUNTY - Police are looking for a man who stole a cross from a Bedford County church.

It happened sometime between Tuesday and Thursday of last week at the Saint James Lutheran Church in Bedford Township.

Police say someone kicked in a side door at the church to get inside. Once inside they stole a wooden cross.

State police in Bedford are asking anyone who knows anything about the crime to give them a call.
