Heather Marie Shay is 17 months old.
Parents are Brian and Peggy Shay of Centre Hall.
Heather loves watching "Your Baby Can Read" DVD after she watches WTAJ News while she drinks her morning milk.
She also loves bath time, swimming, playing in the snow and sled riding.
She really enjoys playing with her cousins-- Christine, Aubre, Jabin, and Emma, and Uncle Jason and Aunt Robin.
