LOGAN TOWNSHIP, BLAIR COUNTY - Two men accused of stealing copper wire cell towers identified.

Video surveillance from a cell tower on Bush Mountain Road in Logan Township on February 18th shows two men cutting away copper wire.

Police say the men are Leon McIntrye Junior, 26, and 35-year-old Dean Calvin Miller, 35.

Both have been charged with theft.

Police say the men made off with about $300 worth of copper wire, but through the act of stealing it caused several thousand dollars worth of damage to the towers they took it from.

One of those towers, police say, is a 911 communications tower.

In the video the men can be seen holding what looks like shears to cut away the wire.

"After the video aired on the news, the subject saw the video of himself committing the crime he immediately came to the barracks and turned himself in. He's the one that will be turning himself in next week to be arraigned on the charges. However, the other individual, miller, we currently do not know his location and there is a warrant for his arrest," Pennsylvania State Police Trooper, David McGarvey said.

Anyone who knows Calvin Miller's whereabouts is asked to contact police.
