Girl's Hoops:Altoona and Hollidaysburg Both Win Big

(Altoona, Pa) - In a match-up between two 16-3 teams Tuesday night in Altoona, it was the Lady Lions jumping out to quick lead and never letting up.

Altoona began the game on a 12-2 run, improving to 17-3 on the year with a 68-46 win over Mifflin County.

Senior Kayla DeCriscio had a game high 30 points for Altoona.

Meanwhile over in Hollidaysburg, the Lady Tigers got 17 points from Hannah Mercer as they beat Ambridge 83-42.

Hollidaysburg improves to 10-8 on the year.
