H.S. Boy's Hoops: Bellwood Tops Everett

(Bellwood, Pa) - Brent Gerwart's Bellwood Blue Devils responded well to just their 2nd loss of the year, by getting an 80-57 win over Everett Tuesday night.

Although it was a slow start for the Blue Devils, trailing by 9 at one point in the first half, they responded late in the 2nd quarter, taking a 6 point lead into the half, and eventually winning by 23.

Bellwood improves to 13-2 on the year and will host Claysburg on Friday.  Meanwhile Everett drops to 5-9 on the year and will play host to Tussey Mountain on Friday.
