Police: Woman Passed Out With Kids in Backseat

LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, BEDFORD COUNTY -- Police arrested a Riddlesburg woman after, they said, she passed out behind the wheel.

Julie Moralez, 26, is charged with endangering the welfare of children.  Police said she was driving along Raystown Road when she attempted to turn around in a driveway and passed out. 

Two children were in the backseat at the time, a 9-year-old girl and 6-year-old boy.  Police said the car's gas ran out while she was passed out.

She;s accused of taking an unknown amount of pills.  The children were not injured.
