Scores and highlights of three area high school football games as PIAA playoffs continued on Saturday.
CLASS AAA - FIRST ROUND
State College 33 University Prep 32 (OT)
Jack Haffner with 213 yards on 31 carries; Josh Clothiaux with field goal to tie it and send it into overtime where he kicked the game-winning point after.
DISTRICT 9 CLASS A CHAMPIONSHIP
Port Allegany 35 Clarion-Area 34
Matt Bodamer threw for 369 yards and five touchdowns in the win as the Gators win their first district title.
DISTRICT 6 CLASS A CHAMPIONSHIP
Penns Manor 40 Bellwood-Antis 14
Comets quarterback Danny Ferens ran for 201 yards and three touchdowns in the win.
