Naked Car Washer Placed On Probation

A Rhode Island man is no longer allowed at a Massachusetts car wash after getting a little too comfortable while cleaning his vehicle.
The "Sun Chronicle" says Robert Bailey was sentenced to a year on probation earlier this week for washing his car in the nude. The incident occurred back on May 31st when a woman at the car wash looked up and saw more than just soap and a bucket. Bailey was wearing shorts by the time North Attleboro police arrived, and originally denied the allegations. He eventually changed his story, and on Monday he pleaded guilty to open and gross conduct.
As part of his punishment, Bailey must avoid the car wash and the witness. He must also continue with his counseling. Bailey has also been ordered to register as a sex offender.
