(State College, Pa.) -- The State College boys volleyball team held their State College Invitational all day on Friday at the IM building at Penn State.  This is the 12th year for the tournament, which usually attacts 16-20 top talent teams. It gives them the chance to play tougher competition before playoffs begin.

This year, however, 36 teams from four states are participating as part of the NCAA Men's Volleyball Championship Week that Penn State is hosting.  The teams view this week's events as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, but the event players and coaches are looking forward to the most is the chance to learn from some of the top names in men's volleyball, including Olympic gold medalist, Karch Kiraly, at a clinic on Saturday.
