Ingredients

1 (15.5) ounce can black beans, drained1 (15.5) ounce can black-eyed peas drained
1 (14.5) ounce can diced tomatoes, drained
2 cups frozen corn kernels, thawed
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/4 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped pickled jalapeno peppers
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup Italian salad dressing
3/4 cup chopped cilantro

Directions
Mix beans, peas, tomatoes, corn, onion, bell pepper, and jalapeno peppers in a large bowl.  Season with garlic salt.  Add dressing and cilantro;  toss to coat.  Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until ready to serve.

TOUCHDOWN TACO DIP

1 - 8oz block cream cheese (soft)
8 oz - sour cream
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup shredded taco cheese
sliced grape tomatoes
1/2 green pepper, diced

Beat cream cheese and sour cream together, mix in taco seasoning.  Spread on a platter.
Top with shredded cheese, tomatoes and peppers.  Serve with tortilla chips. (I prefer Scoops).


GREEN BAY CHEESY DEFENSE DIP

Ingredients
2 jars Old English Cheese Spread
2 - 8oz packages chream cheese
1/2 cup-3/4 cup beer

Mix ingredients and melt until you can stir them together.  Old English is a very strong cheese, so you may want to add more beer depending on the taste you like.

Serve with bread.

PRIMANTI BROTHERS SANDWHICH PIZZA

Ingredients/Directions

Prepared pizza crust or pizza crust mix

If making your own pizza crust add to it some oregano, basil, parsley, garlic powder and onion powder

Steak-Ums  - Cook as many as you would like for topping and set aside.

French Fries - Cook and set aside

Mozzarella Cheese

Cole Slaw and Hot Sauce to taste (after the pizza is cooked)

Brush pizza crust with olive oil and if you are using a prepared crust sprinkle with your favorite spices from above.  Add cheese, steak-ums and french fries.  Bake at 350 degrees until the crust is golden brown.  Top with cole slaw and hot sauce to taste.
