1 - 18 oz jar peanut butter
3 cups white sugar
2 cups miniature chocolate chips
2 cups chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350*. Combine by hand; peanut butter, sugar and eggs. Add in chocolate chips and pecans. Batter is still to stir. Roll batter into walnut sized balls. Place on a cookie sheet, and flatten with a drinking glass or a fork. Bake on a single cookie sheet for 7-8 minutes, or until golden brown on the edges. Remove from the oven, and let stand on cookie sheet for 5 minutes before moving to a cooling rack. It will make about 3 and 1/2 dozen cookies.
