Pizza Crust (Make your own or use store brand
Mix to the dough 1 tablespoon of carraway seeds.
Roll out onto pizza baking sheet or pizza stone.
Top with Russian Dressing. You can use store brands or make your own.
Tim's Russian Dressing Recipe
1/3 CUP MAYO
1/3 CUP KETCHUP
2 TABLESPOONS SWEET PICKLE RELISH
1/2 TEASPOON LEMON JUICE
1/2 TEASPOON HOT SAUCE
1/2 TEASPOON WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1/4 POUND CORNED BEEF (chopped)
1 CUP SAUERKRAUT
6 OZ SWISS CHEESE (shredded)
Spread Russian dressing on dough. Top with sauerkraut and half of the cheese.
Add corned beef and finish with remaining cheese.
Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
