BELLEFONTE, CENTRE COUNTY - Jerry Sandusky's attorney Joe Amendola is continuing the fight against the former Penn State coach's child sex abuse convictions.

On Thursday morning, Amendola filed an appeal with the Pennsylvania Superior Court arguing, once again, that they did not have enough time to review evidence before trial.

Last month Judge John Cleland denied a request by Sandusky's attorneys for a new trial.  Amendola wants Sandusky's conviction thrown out for a new trial.
