Learn how to make Jalapeno Wonton Wrappers with Darci Heaton one of our four runner ups in our Big Game Recipe Contest.

They came up with the recipe on their own, because they love bacon jalapeno poppers, and they love using wonton wrappers for appetizers.  They say this recipe is very easy to make, and it'll change your mind about jalapenos!  They swear even kids like this spicy appetizer!

Try it for yourself:

Ingredients:
24 wonton wrappers (usually found in the produce section of your supermarket)
16 oz. cream cheese or Neufchatel, softened
3 jalapenos, cleaned and stripped of seeds and ribs, and finely chopped
1/4 lb. bacon, fried crisp
black pepper to taste

Directions:
- Spray a 24-hole mini muffin pan w/nonstick cooking spray, then carefully add a wonton wrapper to each.
- Combine last 4 ingredients in a bowl, then evenly spoon into wrappers.
- Pull all sides of wrappers up and pinch to seal.
- Bake @ 350 for 20-25 minutes or till golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm...enjoy!!
