Mount Union Arson Arrest

MOUNT UNION, HUNTINGDON COUNTY - Mount Union police arrest a man on arson charges in Huntingdon County.

Police say Franklin Delano Hess set an empty home on fire around 10:30 Saturday night in Mount Union. The home is in the 200 block of West Davis Street.

He's charged with Arson, Risking a Catastrophe and Criminal Mischief, those are all felony charges.
