Beatty to Plead Guilty

HOME, INDIANA COUNTY- 41 Year old Lewis Beatty is accused of killing his wife and their six and 11 year old daughters.

Beatty is also accused of killing several family pets and setting two homes on fire.

It is not clear what charges Beatty will plead guilty or what penalty he will face.

Beatty is scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
