Brockway Man PA's 'Teacher of the Year'

HARRISBURG, DAUPHIN COUNTY - It's the efforts of a local educator that earned him a new honor. Ryan Devlin has been named Pennsylvania's 'Teacher of the Year' for 2013.

Devlin is chairman of Brockway Area high School's English department.  He received the honor yesterday at the Keystone Awards of Excellence.

Devlin teaches British literature, computer science, creative writing and digital media.  His teaching methods include extensive use of technology in the classroom.
